terms of use

By using techforeman.com.au or engaging our services, you agree to these site rules. We don't do "fluff," so read them carefully before we start the pour.

1. Scope of Service

Tech Foreman provides technical architecture, digital infrastructure builds, and automation blueprints. We are the architects and builders of your "Digital Slab." We provide advice based on 15 years of industry experience, but we are not licensed legal, financial, or tax professionals.

2. The "Handover" Rule

Once a project is built, tested, and signed off by you, the "Job Sheet" is considered complete. Warranty: We guarantee the build works as specified at the time of handover. Ongoing Maintenance: Unless you have a signed Ongoing Maintenance Agreement with us, the responsibility for monitoring, updating, and troubleshooting third-party software (like Zoho, Wix, or Google) rests with you. We don't provide free "call-outs" for systems you’ve taken possession of.

3. Third-Party "Acts of God"

We build with industrial-strength tools (Google, Wix, Zoho, Zapier), but we don't own them. Tech Foreman is not liable for service outages, API changes, or price hikes from these third-party vendors. If Google changes the locks, we can help you cut a new key, but it’s a new job.

4. Intellectual Property

We grant you a license to use the automations and systems we build for your business. However, our proprietary frameworks, the 10-point tech maturity assessment, and our training materials remain the intellectual property of Tech Foreman. You can’t repackage our "blueprints" and sell them to your mates.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. We are not liable for "lost profits" or "consequential loss" if a system goes down.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
